Rhyl bridge is closed for over 3 1/2 weeks and more if they aren't on schedule, so with a long diversion in place everyone knows about the diversion don't they with good signage in place to save confusion and peoples waste of time..........wrong!!!!
There was a couple of signs out, which had blown over and were on the floor for at least a day so no-one could see them. So many were going up to the bridge and looking confused.
