Oh dear, not again and not another one. I can't believe the information wasn't encrypted properly. It is difficult to safeguard against cyber attacks, but you do need to protect what you have in the best way possible. Not encrypting personal customers data is just childish and many people in the ICT, Information Standards and Security need to look for another job career. Let's hope nothing comes of these details being stolen for the customers......I also like how they say you need to change your password just in case and the site has been down all day.
