This is a personal diary of things that are happening personally, on the news or things I have come across that I feel are worth sharing as I memory to myself of what was happening. Why "grumpy young man"? Well this is the nickname I have to which you may see some of this in my posts, however I will probably have to bite my tongue a little.
Tuff one really, but are we not going to fall behind other countries and is it not around being taught properly in the first place to minimize the risks?
