Business!!

Specifically wanting the business. This refers to 2 separate issues:

1. Asking a business for a quote i.e. electrical, building, plumbing etc.
2. Facebook MarketPlace!

With regards to number 1, why is it that when you choose a certain company to do your work based on reviews, referrals or other, why do they say "we'll call you back in the next hour" and never call you back. Then waiting for them, you eventually get them and they say they will be around in 20 minutes. Hours go by and it is then, we'll be there within the hour, we'll be there within the hour, we'll be there within the hour. You get the idea. This isn't just one time or one company, it is many of them. How difficult are customer service, common sense, and decency? Be honest, if you don't want any customers then just say "we're busy!!".

Regarding number 2, why don't people reply to things they have posted on Facebook MarketPlace. It seems to happen all the time. Read and reply, surely that is simple! I have even caught people minutes after posting and the message is delivered to them. Then whether it is sitting there or read, nothing but silence. So frustrating. Communication people.

Then sometimes you may actually get a reply for them to say, oh we sold it last week, mark it as "SOLD" then!!!!
