Sadly, I'm a working drone. Someone who goes to work, works hard for a small wage with little credit. Everyday we're told what to do, when to do it and to step back on all our good work so the manager can take credit. Oh and by the due to current cuts in the company, the worker drones have to do the work of 5 people between the 2 of you, whilst the management stays the same. Funny how the management is always last to be slimmed. Anyway I digress.
Another thing is being the 2 of us, we must then not be off at the same time whether it is a weeks leave/holiday or going at the same time for dinner. But hold on there Cowboy, my bosses all go for lunch with each other, take extra time doing it (whilst watching the clock on us) and then out of the 3 bosses at work these week, all of them are away. Funny, I don't think so.
But what does that mean? I'll let you make up your own mind.
And lastly, isn't it funny how you can't visit a user group close by or a nearby workplace to network and learn what others are doing, not to mention going on any development courses. HOWEVER, guess what my bosses/management are off here and there going to meetings and look at computer systems when they don't even understand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
