Well the belt broke on our tumble dryer recently and I thought rather than paying possibly hundreds of pounds to get someone in to source and fit a new one. I thought ebay and youtube. After finding a new belt from my model for a total of £4.79 (included free P&P), I used the following video to fit it and after a little sweat and tears (not really), we did it. All for less than five pound and about an hour which included cleaning all the inside - wow, how much dust and grit :(
I recommend you have a go if you fancy a challenge. The hardest bit was getting the belt over the motor.
