This is a personal diary of things that are happening personally, on the news or things I have come across that I feel are worth sharing as I memory to myself of what was happening. Why "grumpy young man"? Well this is the nickname I have to which you may see some of this in my posts, however I will probably have to bite my tongue a little.

Holyhead – Dun Laoghaire Fastcraft Cruise
Went on the ferry (HSS Fastcraft, see above) cruise across from Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire and back (non-landing) today for £5 per person to "test the waters" and see if there was any sickness in the family and well just have a new experience at a good price.
We went with Stena Line from Holyhead at 10:30 and arrived back at around 15:50 and have to say I would certainly recommend it to all whether you want a relaxing cruise for an older couple or a family of 5 with kids. See below link for more information. There is a shop, small arcade, seating areas, restaurant, toilets and under 5's play area on board too.
Take note though, the steak and ale pie, 1/2 roast chicken and fish looked really nice, sadly we went for the burger. Now that was a mistake. It looked like it was fast cooked and kept warm all morning as it was rubbery, well done on the outside and very red inside. I certainly had a bad stomach after this (let's hope it isn't food poisoning). But don't let this put you off, just try something else instead. They also let you take your own food on board as well i.e. sandwichs, sausages rolls etc.
